The TMA Restructuring Boot Camp is an interactive, two-part program taught by TMA Certified Turnaround Professionals (CTPs) and attorneys. The TMA Restructuring Boot Camp is a high-level overview of what it's like to parachute into a simulated distressed company to uncover the financial, management, and legal issues during your first weeks on an engagement. The Boot Camp allows attendees to discuss their proposed approaches with experts and ask questions about how to approach the engagement.

Looking to learn more about turnarounds and corporate restructuring? Parachute into a distressed company and explore the financial, managerial, and legal issues that Chief Restructuring Officers (CROs) and financial advisors regularly face. Taught by TMA Certified Turnaround Professionals (CTPs) and experienced restructuring attorneys, the TMA Restructuring Boot Camp offers attendees the unique opportunity to discuss proposed approaches with experts and gain valuable insight into how turnarounds really work.
